Pupil Leadership

Pupil Leadership Opportunities

At our school, we believe that every child is a unique gift from God, with the potential to lead, inspire, and make a meaningful impact in their community. Pupil leadership opportunities empower our children to develop confidence, responsibility, and a sense of service, rooted in our core values of faith, hope, and love. By providing structured roles, we nurture their ability to advocate for others, take initiative, and model positive behavior.

Student Council

The Student Council is a voice for all pupils, representing their views and ideas to help shape school life. Elected by their peers, council members work collaboratively to discuss school improvements, organize events, and support key initiatives. They develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills while upholding our vision of respect and inclusion.

Values Ambassadors

Our Values Ambassadors exemplify and promote our core values of faith, hope, and love across the school community. They lead by example, supporting younger pupils, sharing reflections in collective worship, and helping others to understand how our values guide our daily actions. Their role is to encourage kindness, respect, and a positive school culture that celebrates the unique gifts of every child.

Wellbeing Ambassadors

The Wellbeing Ambassadors play a key role in promoting emotional resilience and mental health across the school. Trained to support their peers, they offer encouragement, listen to concerns, and help create a culture of care and kindness. They lead wellbeing activities, raise awareness of emotional health, and ensure that every pupil feels safe, valued, and supported.

Eco Ambassadors

As stewards of God’s creation, our Eco Ambassadors take responsibility for environmental initiatives within the school. They encourage sustainable practices, lead recycling efforts, organize eco-friendly projects, and educate others about caring for our planet. Through their leadership, they inspire the school community to act responsibly and make a positive impact on the environment.

By engaging in these leadership roles, pupils gain valuable skills and experiences that prepare them for the future. More importantly, they learn that leadership is about service, responsibility, and making a difference—a reflection of our shared vision and values.
